Birkis4U Pty Ltd do not represent or warrant that the information accessible via www.birkenstock.com.au is accurate, complete or current. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

The particular technical specifications and settings of your computer and its display could affect the accuracy of its display of the colors of products offered on the Web site.

Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment and incur no charge whatsoever. To enquire as to whether your order has been shipped, please email info@birkenstock.com.au together with your order number which you can find on your Tax Invoice/Customer Receipt.

What are the costs for delivery?
Birkis4U Pty Ltd have developed what we believe to be a fair and reasonable method for administering charges for freight. We work on the basis that the more you spend with
Birkis4U Pty Ltd,  the less freight you will be charged.

Our aim is to make freight charges simple and affordable wherever you are in Australia. Our freight charges are based where your goods are being sent to.

Freight within Australia for one pair of shoes: $12.00 (incl GST)
Freight within Australia for two pairs of shoes: $20.00 (incl GST)
Order three pairs or more and delivery is FREE.

When will my purchase arrive?
Birkis4U Pty Ltd provides you with an estimated arrival period for each delivery. This period is the normal time taken to deliver goods to your area. The time indicated starts from when the goods leave our despatch. Goods paid for by credit card are usually despatched the same day or the following day depending on when the order was placed.

Delivery conditions
Birkis4U Pty Ltd recommend that you choose a delivery point where someone will be available to take delivery of your purchases.

If no-one is available at the time of delivery, a card will be left for you to collect your Express Post Satchel at your convenience.

Delivery guarantee
At Birkis4U Pty Ltd we make every effort to have the items you want in stock at all times. In most instances, if a product appears on our site, we have it in stock. Should an item be temporarily out of stock, a consultant will email you with anticipated delivery dates. Your credit card will only be charged once your order is ready for shipment.

Receipt

All customers of Birkis4U Pty Ltd will receive a receipt of purchase. Please refer to the order number shown on the receipt for any queries that you may have with your order. This receipt can be printed out for your referral. All orders will be processed immediately upon receipt provided goods are in stock. All credit cards will be debited upon despatch of order.

Delivery information
Birkis4U Pty Ltd understands when purchasing items through our store, customers want the most reliable and effective service used to deliver their goods, on time. Birkis4U Pty Ltd use Express Post where delivery can be made virtually anywhere within 5 days of despatch.

Refunds
Birkis4U Pty Ltd is dedicated to providing their customers with quality products, ensuring that each transactions results in a satisfactory shopping experience. All products can be returned for an exchange or refund if the product is faulty or does not fit correctly.

All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, that means that they must be in new, unused, and unworn condition. Upon receipt of your returned products, Birkis4U Pty Ltd will happily reimburse you for the cost of the goods providing they meet our standard conditions for return. All returns must be sent prepaid for the full price by a traceable carrier.

If the products purchased at Birkis4U Pty Ltd are damaged upon delivery, Birkis4U Pty Ltd will replace them on the condition that written notification of their damage is advised to our Customer Service Centre within three (3) days of receipt of goods. Damaged goods must be returned to the offices of Birkis4U Pty Ltd within 7 working days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Birkis4U Pty Ltd will naturally reimburse you for any postage charges you incur if the product/s are found to be damaged in transit.
