Natural Leather Upper / Exquisite Leather Footbed Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. Birkenstock purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features such as naturally occurring colour irregularities.

The footbed liner and outer edge of the classic cork footbed of Birkenstock exquisite models are wrapped in very soft and supple nappa leather.

The Arizona Premium

The Arizona sandal style is updated with luxurious details that emphasize the heritage and quality of this classic style. The cork/latex footbed is wrapped entirely in soft premium leather. The leather sole features a unique pattern of PU (polyurethane) areas for durability, flexibility and anti-slip. Newly designed minimalist buckles add to the rich, understated look.
