Extended Returns Period 2023

Shop with confidence this holiday season with our extended returns period. All orders placed online from 30th October 2023 to the 29th December 2023 have an extended return period of 60 days, subject to our return terms and policy.

All purchases made before 30th October or after 29th December 2023 are subject to our standard return policy.

Returns post-Christmas is our peak time and there is a lengthy delay on processing returns during the two weeks after Christmas due to public holiday shut downs and the pressure on the shipping and logistical networks.

Christmas delivery dates

If you're hoping to receive your order before Christmas, please place your order by Monday 11th of December to ensure it can be dispatched to you in time. Orders placed before, on or after the 11th may take up to 5 business days to be processed and dispatched. Any orders placed after this date will still be shipped express, however may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Although we strive to process and post your order as quickly as possible, there can be unforeseen delays with our delivery providers which we have no control over once the order leaves our warehouse. We recommend ordering as early as possible to avoid your order being impacted by any unpreventable postage delays.
