Holiday Shipping Times and Returns Information

For delivery before Christmas, please ensure you have placed your order on or before Tuesday the 11th December. Orders placed after this date may be subject to peak season delays. Shipping at this time goes express but can take 72 hrs or more from despatch. An extended return period applies for all orders placed in December, you will have 6 weeks from when you receive your parcel, to return to us for a refund or exchange. Returns must be in their original and unworn condition with their box. For return authorisation contact info@birkenstock.com.au

Please note the online office is closed weekends and public holidays. During the holiday season it may take us more than 24 hrs to reply to enquiries.
