What is the recruitment process at Birkenstock Australia?

Hiring processes may vary depending on the position. Once you have submitted your application online, it will be reviewed by the People & Culture team. They will arrange a brief telephone discussion with you, if they believe you may be a good fit for the position. If you are successful at that stage, you may be asked to attend an in-person interview or a trial shift. Trial shifts are an opportunity to demonstrate your skillset within a practical setting and experience a day in the life at Birkenstock Australia. Trial shifts are remunerated. At the conclusion of this process, the applicant may receive a formal offer.
