What is the recruitment process at Birkenstock Australia?

Hiring processes may vary depending on the position. Once you have submitted your application online via the SEEK website, it will be reviewed by the People & Culture team. They will arrange a brief telephone discussion with you, if they believe you may be a good fit for the position. If you are successful at that stage, you may be asked to attend an in-person interview or a trial shift. Trial shifts are an opportunity to demonstrate your skillset within a practical setting and experience a day in the life at Birkenstock Australia. Trial shifts are remunerated. At the conclusion of this process, the applicant may receive a formal offer.

Do you have internship roles available?

We do not currently have a formal internship or work experience program. However, secondary school students who are interested in completing work experience with Birkenstock Australia, are encouraged to submit their resume and cover letter as an expression of interest.
