How do I contact you about my online order?
The fastest and most reliable way to contact us is by emailing help@birkenstock.com.au or by replying to any confirmation emails we have sent to you about your order. You can also reach us via our contact form, or call us during business hours on 1800 623 423 (select menu option 1 for online). We endeavour to get back to you within 48 hours. Emails sent outside of office hours will not be addressed until the following working day.
