How do I get my Birkenstocks repaired?
Birkenstock Australia has a repair workshop in Melbourne, located within Birkenstock at The Malt Store in Carlton. You can either visit the store at this location to drop off your shoes for repair, or if you are not local to the area you can use the contact form on the Repairs page to send an enquiry about posting your shoes in for repair.
There are also a number of authorised Birkenstock repairers around Australia. You can find location and contact details listed on our Repairs page.
