How to reuse the shipping box


All orders placed on birkenstock.com.au are shipped inside a reusable box. If you need to return your item/s to us, minimise waste by following the instructions below on to reuse the box:

  • Step 1: Lift and move the right hand portion of the box in a twisting motion, the long edge should lay above the middle of the main portion.

  • Step 2: If you are shipping a smaller item, tabs can be used to fill gaps, this will help avoid movement once the sides are folded down.

  • Step 3: One the boxed is all folded, you can use tape to hold it closed.

  • Step 4: Before sending your return, be sure to clearly write your order number on the top of the box.
