I need to change or cancel my order.
If you notice a mistake after placing your order please contact us as soon as you can. You can reply to the order confirmation email you received when placing your order or email to help@birkenstock.com.au. During our business hours you can also call us on 1800 623 423 (menu option 1 for online). We can edit your delivery address for you, however we are not able to change sizes or items in your order. If you have ordered the wrong item, you will need to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct size or style. We will endeavour to accommodate your request, however once items are processed, they cannot be cancelled.
