I would like to speak to someone on the weekend.
Office hours for online order assistance are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Melbourne time. Store locations do not have access to information regarding online orders, they are not connected to the online store. If you have a query about an order you have placed, please email us (help@birkenstock.com.au) or use our contact form. Staff check all emails before processing orders on Monday mornings.
Queries for fitting advice can also potentially be answered by Birkenstock stores or stockists which are open on the weekends, you can find contact details for stores on our Stockist Locator. We also have a comprehensive sizing information to assist you in finding the right fit on our Size Guide.
