What do I do if I ordered the wrong size Birkenstocks?
If you've ordered the wrong size, we are unable to directly facilitate exchanges. Instead, upon receiving your return, we will issue a refund or provide an online credit note which you can use to purchase the correct size or style through our website. Returning customers are advised to initiate this process through our returns portal.
