Why have I not received confirmation of my order?
There are a few reasons why you may not have received a confirmation after placing an order:
- It may be that your email address has a typo; please check that your email address has been entered correctly.
- The confirmation may have gone into your junk/spam folder. Please check there for your confirmation, particularly for Hotmail and Bigpond accounts.
- Alternatively, there may have been an error submitting the order. In this case we will contact you as soon as possible.
