Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is conducted by Birkenstock Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 63 089 868 404) of Level 1, 551 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC 3053 ("Promoter").

2. Promotion

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

• • "Building" means Swanston Square Tower (also known as The Barak Building) located at 551–555 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC 3053.
• • "Residents" means individuals who ordinarily reside in the Building.
• • "Store" means BIRKENSTOCK at the Malt Store located at 551 Swanston Street, Carlton VIC 3053.

Eligible Residents who register during the Promotion Period in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will receive a one-time 10% discount on full-priced merchandise at the Store ("Offer").

The Offer:

• • Is valid for one (1) transaction only;
• • Is valid for three (3) months from the Resident's date of registration;
• • Is redeemable only at the Malt Store;
• • Applies to full-priced merchandise only;
• • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, coupon or voucher;
• • Is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash; and
• • Is subject to stock availability.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion will be advertised from 13 July 2026 until 11:59pm (AEST) on 23 August 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Residents must complete the registration process during the Promotion Period to receive the Offer.

4. Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to receive the Offer, an individual must:

• • Be a Resident;
• • Be able to provide satisfactory proof of residency in the Building in accordance with clause 5;
• • Complete the registration process during the Promotion Period, including by providing all requested information accurately and in full; and
• • Consent to receive marketing communications from the Promoter.

To register, eligible individuals must:

• • Scan the QR code displayed on the promotional material;
• • Complete and submit the online registration form.

Upon successful registration, eligible Residents will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to redeem the Offer.

5. Redemption

To redeem the Offer, Residents must present to Store staff:

• • The promotional email received following registration;
• • Valid government-issued photo identification; and
• • Proof of current residency at the Building, such as a utility bill, lease agreement or other document acceptable to the Promoter, showing the Resident's name and residential address. The name on the proof of residency must match the name on the identification presented.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption if satisfactory proof of identity or residency cannot be provided.

6. Record of Redemption

At the time of redemption, Residents will be required to provide or confirm their details for the Promoter's transaction records. The Offer cannot be redeemed anonymously.

7. Exclusions

Unless otherwise stated by the Promoter:

The discount does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, prior purchases, deposits, delivery fees or any items excluded by law or the Promoter from time to time.

8. General

• • Only one (1) Offer is available per Resident.
• • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Residents and to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms & Conditions.
• • The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws.
• • Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. By registering, participants consent to receiving marketing communications from the Promoter. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time; however, unsubscribing will not affect the validity of any offer already issued.
