Terms & Conditions for www.birkenstock.com.au Boxing Day Sale 2025 Campaign
The promoter of this promotion is Birkenstock Australia Pty Limited (ABN 63 0898 684 04) hereinafter referred to as "Birkenstock Australia Online" or "www.birkenstock.com.au."
Promotion Period
Our Boxing Day Sale commences on 24th of December 2025 at 4:00 PM Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and ends on 5th of January 2026 at 11:59 PM AEDT. All discounts and offers are valid only during this period. We cannot extend the discount beyond this timeframe.
Discounts
Discounts of up to 45% off are available on selected items only. The product will display the markdown price.
Exclusions
Discounts cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discount codes.
The sale excludes New Arrivals, New and selected Exclusives, Care Essential products, Shoe Care products, Anniversary products, Accessories except for selected socks, Carry Over Core Range products, Footbeds and Insoles.
Online Only Promotion
This promotion is exclusively available through Birkenstock Australia Online at www.birkenstock.com.au. It does not apply to purchases made in physical stores or through other stockists.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability. Limited stock is available for selected sale items, and discounts are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once items are sold out, they will no longer be available at the promotional price.
Birkenstock Australia Online will make every effort to fulfil all orders. However, if there has been an unforeseen stock shortage in our warehouse and we are unable to supply the sale item in your order, we will cancel your order and issue you a refund.
Processing, Despatch & Delivery
Orders will be processed on the first non public holiday after the holiday break and despatched within 4-6 business days.This is not inclusive of delivery times.
No Returns or Exchanges
All items purchased during the Boxing Day Sale 2025 are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty upon arrival. If an item is faulty on arrival, customer service must be notified via email with an attached photograph of the faulty item to help@birkenstock.com.au within 3 days of receiving your delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged, as per our Returns Policy.
Order Adjustments
• Birkenstock Australia reserves the right to cancel or modify orders if the promotional discount was applied in error or if the order violates any of the terms and conditions.
• Birkenstock Australia reserves the right to cancel any orders where the shipping address is an on-shipping or freight forwarding company.
• Birkenstock Australia reserves the right to cancel any orders where multiple items have been purchased in bulk quantities.
• Birkenstock Australia reserves the right to hold orders that have been flagged for review.
• If an order adjustment is necessary, customers will be notified via the email address provided at checkout or contacted by telephone.
• Please ensure that the correct item, size, and shipping and billing address details are provided when placing your order.
• Birkenstock Australia cannot guarantee that updates can be made after an order is placed, and incorrect details may result in the order being cancelled.
• Birkenstock Australia cannot take responsibility for errors in the shipping or billing information provided by customers, including delays or cancellations caused by such errors. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete details to ensure successful delivery.
Customer Service
From 5pm Wednesday 24th December 2025 to 9am Monday 29th of December our customer service team will not be operational. Operations will resume at 9am on Monday the 29th of December. We will be managing a very high volume of enquiries during this time. While we are here to assist, please note that it may take up to 3 business days to respond to all enquiries.
Requests for cancellations will be prioitised and we will do all we can to cancel the order before it is sent for processing. If the cancellation request comes after the order has been processed we will be unable to stop the order from being despatched. We will endeavour to respond to your emails within 2 business days and we kindly ask for your patience and understanding while our small team works to manage the influx of orders.
Please be kind to our customer service team, they exist to help everyone, aggressive or abusive behaviour or language (written or spoken) will not be tolerated. This includes insulting or degrading language, such as inappropriate banter, innuendo, or malicious allegations. Any form of physical violence or threats of violence is unacceptable. Additionally, racist, sexist, ageist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks relating to disability, gender, religion, belief, or other personal characteristics will not be tolerated.

Modification of Terms
Birkenstock Australia reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Boxing Day Sale 2025 or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
Dispatch, Shipping & Delivery
We anticipate high traffic and an increased volume of enquiries. Additionally, there will likely be increased demand nationwide for all carriers partnered with stores running Boxing Day Sale 2025 promotions alongside public holidays. As a result, processing, shipping, and delivery times may be affected.
Help ease the strain on logistics services by double-checking your shipping details before placing your order. If you will not be home and there is no safe place to leave your parcel, we recommend using a parcel locker for delivery.
Orders will be dispatched via StarTrack Express, which operates with Authority to Leave (ATL) or Australia Post Express. Tracking details will be sent to your email once your order has been processed.
We will endeavour to get your orders out as quickly as possible. However, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to despatch.
